The league age of your player is determined by referring to the Little League Baseball® and Little League Softball® Age Charts. Although the dates for baseball and softball differ, each chart establishes the division in which your Little Leaguer will participate this season. For Little League Baseball, the Age Determination Date is the actual age of a child on August 31 of the current year. For Little League Softball, the Age Determination Date is the actual age of a child on December 31 of the preceding year.
